You must be registered as a Republican or Democrat to vote in the Primary Elections in Florida.  If you are registered as an NPA you will be turned away. The deadline to change party affiliation is July 20, 2026. To request a vote by mail ballot go to www.ocfl.red

Purple Heart Day is observed annually on August 7th to honor service members wounded or killed in combat. In 2026, it falls on Friday, August 7th. The day commemorates the creation of the Badge of Military Merit, established by General George Washington in 1782.

Patriot Day is an annual U.S. observance on September 11 that honors the memory of the 2,977 victims who died in the 2001 terrorist attacks. Also known as the National Day of Service and Remembrance, it encourages Americans to engage in volunteer activities and acts of charity to unite communities.
